求助，第一次遇到家人去世

家里姐姐上吊自杀了，孩子小学三年级。
姐夫晚上 8 点多打电话通知的，说是接娃回家以后看到姐姐在家去世。
姐姐坐标广东某城市，头脑发懵，已经定了明早的飞机赶过去。
现在可疑点有很多：
1 姐夫打电话回来通知的时候，语气特别平静，没有情绪波动（给人一种不像是自己老婆去世的感觉）
2 姐夫说她抑郁、压力大，他俩的房子跌了很多还有很多房贷要还，其次她一直找不到工作（这俩问题全国人民都面临，感觉不是引发的点）
3 过年时候我们聚餐刚刚见过，那时候她很健谈，谈到自己家娃的时候也满脸微笑，不像是过了一个月人突然就没了的样子（没看出来有抑郁症的征兆）

求助的点：
1 如果姐夫这边有责任，我应该从那些维度去搜集证据
2 她家里还有父母双亲，以后两个老人的生活如果需要保障，可以向姐夫方面提出诉求吗？
3 现在尸体还在家里没动，阿 Sir 说要送到殡仪馆，她爸妈不同意，他们明天下午才能到，又听说姐夫家在阿 Sir 那边有不少关系（这种情况会有徇私枉法，或者包庇的情况吗），有什么坑需要避一避的？
